I think everyone needs to consider the possibility that Semirhage might be resurrected. Yes, I know she was killed by balefire, but RJ made it clear that even those killed by balefire can be resurrected, but only if the DO is paying close attention because he would have to go and rescue their soul *prior* to the balefire event.

Considering the fact that Rand used the True Power and not the One Power, we have to admit that there is a VERY good chance the Dark One was completely aware of what was going on when Rand balefired Semirhage. If the DO wanted to, he could have saved Semirhage's soul.

The question is, did he?
