They'll be allied with Randland as soon as Mat is with Tuon again and makes her see reason, and Mat will be their general. Also, everything points to the a'dam being gone in the future. It's just a matter of time. I doubt it will happen suddenly in the series, but we'll see that it's going to happen. There's a reason Tuon befriended Setalle and keeps thinking about her, and there's a reason a bunch of Seanchan found out that sul'dam can channel.
