The DO and the Creator as two half of the same is alien to christian way of thinking. But this concept does occur often in other religions.

By my line of thinking, I am not sure if the DO even truly want to destroy the whole reality, merely he could if he choose to. Because after that, the DO and the Creator would merge and revert back to the original form, which simply leads to another creation. However, the new creation could have entirely different sets of detailed rules on how the OP drives the wheel, which would lead to worlds with different behaviors.

So the DO would prefer to destroy this creation if the new creation is more "interesting". So, in a way, the creator/DO merely creates worlds for fun, and destroys them, or let the worlds destroy themselves, when the worlds are no longer fun.

This is some thinking in Physics, about the current Laws of Physics governing our universe. If the equations of physics is changes ever so slightly, the stars and the planets would not have formed as they are now. So the question is, how come the Laws of Physics is just so that produces our observeable universe?

One answer is that other universe with different laws had existed, but under those laws, those universe could just collapsed less than a second after creation, and a different universe with a different set of fundamental laws of physics is created anew. Eventually, a universe with something like ours will be born out of the trials and errors.

I do not think, that Robert Jordan constructed WoT cosmology having in mind such ideas in phisics, like antropic perspective, antimatter (balefire?), dark energy as a kind of field negative to gravitation (True Power?), or Smolin's multiverse. He was a nuclear engineer, I know, but he designed his WoT universe according to philosophy derived from religions and mits, not from ideas of natural philosophy.

I agree with you, if Creator and Destrojer restore itself/themself to the form of Primal Entity, its possible "new creation could have entirely different sets of detailed rules on how the OP drives the wheel, which would lead to worlds with different behaviors". Unfortunately, we do not have data, necessary to predict those new rules.
