Beslan secured his position as King of Altara in TGS, after he quit his plans for a rebellion against the Seanchan and swore fealty to Tuon as his Empress, but still remaining an independent King.
One of my old theories was that Beslan is actually Berelain's man in white. I thought that Beslan might meet Berelain, when he is still wearing white to mourn his mother's death. Beslan doesn't have a Queen yet, and IMO Berelain would make sense for him, especially since she is a young, capable noble and linked to the Seanchan. Of course, after we don't see Beslan wearing any white in TGS, but glimpse Perrin's group finally meeting Galad in TGS, I admit it became even more likely that indeed Galad will be Berelain's man in white, as most readers took for granted (although Min curiously never states that Galad is Berelain's man in white). But we'll see..
So, do you think that this is the conclusion for Beslan, or will he yet play a certain role? Do you think he will find a Queen in the last two books, and do we already know this woman? Will Beslan's example of staying independent by bowing to Tuon be similar to how Rand has to act to win the Seanchan?

Galad, being the pretty boy that he is, has to end up with a hot woman and berlain is the perfect match for him... berlain would love to do it so that she can have a powerful army to back her up against the lords of tear... or i should say king darlin. Galad has to be her pretty boy in white. I'll be sorely disappointed if it doesnt work out that way.
As for Beslan - he is finished. no more rebellion... he is nothing more than a low end high blood that cant matter much to the story any more. RJ probably had greater plans for the rebellion but it may not have been able to be worked into the story.
*SIGH*
I would have loved to see the seanchan suffer much more losses at white tower... then have had beslan's rebellion strike even greater damage at their heart while rodel ituralde drove in the nail.. Alas, that is not how it was to play out.
