The Seanchan don't believe in the Karaethon Cycle of the West - they have their own; so I don't think she'd condescend to name herself after one of theirs.
The characters also have ways of coincidentally doing something that can be interpreted to fulfill a prophecy even if they know of the prophecy and looking for how it would be fulfilled - the circumstances seem to find them.
Anyway, I'm hoping Mat destroys the Seanchan Empire and Tuon descends from the clouds of royalty and becomes a normal person as the end of that section indicates. Because she kind of sucks and I think their hatred or unease around channelers is why they get along so well.
