I plan to ask quite a few questions about Verin in particular, but also the BA in general. Mostly, I'm going to see where the conversation takes me, but do plan to discuss it with him.
I see no way that Moiraine could have been head of the Blue. Mostly, she wasn't around the WT nearly enough to gain such a political role.
Siuan also became Amyrlin as a rather young AS, and (IMO) Moiraine became the Head of the Blue Ajah.
