If it's anywhere explicitly mentioned how old Alviarin, Sheriam and Delana are.
I don't think Sheriam or Delana were too young to sit in the SC, if they are old enough to get influential positions like Mistress of the Novices/Keeper or Sitter in the Hall.
If Verin was a BA for around 70 years (the time when she made her "serious mistake" ), I would be very surprised if she didn't climb the ladder so far as to get into the SC. IIRC, Galina says she has been BA for around 80 years.

I don't know about Alviarin, but Delana and Sheriam were both friends with Siuan and Moiraine as Novices and Accepted, so they've only been AS for about 20 years.
That still seems a bit young to me - out of 200 BA, many have likely been BA for longer than 20 years and are much more likely to sit on the SC.
