Who inspire almost no fear at all. The other Forsaken, Rand and others like Brigitte just remark that she is a clever manipulator. But no one fears her, like Demandred or Semirhage for example. And that is precisely what Graendal wants by her flamboyant and over the top behaviour & appearance.

What! She inspires a great deal of fear. The Forsaken portray her as the deadliest of enemies who hides behind a veil of hedonism. When she snarls at Lanfear in FoH, Rahvin actually gets scared and prepares to Travel. When she threatens to kill Sammael, Moridin tenses and even Sammael gets affronted.

Asmo's reaction doesn't fit at all with seeing Graendal. And that Graendal would confront Asmo and immediately kill him, also doesn't fit at all with what we know about her: Graendal wouldn't risk to go to Caemlyn in the first place, and if she went their, only with a disguise, and if she met Asmo, she would use Compulsion on him to gather informations or use him as a tool, not kill him.

She would indeed risk it - she's been all over the place. We know that she's been to Shara and the White Tower, and she's adept at Illusion and disguise. She could easily kill him - she's considered killing Sammael on the spot twice, even from her own PoV. Why would Graendal toy with Compulsion if she suddenly came face to face with a male Forsaken who recognised her as an enemy? She's be a shocked as him, and would instantly lash out.

But it's anyway moot, because TGS made even more clear that Graendal wasn't Asmo's killer. Otherwise BS could have revealed it in her last PoV.

I can't believe you think that. It's as if the only way he could reveal the assassination would be from the killer's own mouth.
