a small thing which occurs to me now Fred Gaidin Send a noteboard - 04/11/2009 01:37:42 AM
That Semirhage wears a transparent veil over her face as Tuon in KoD. However, Rand notes then that "Tuon" is a very small, dark woman with a shaven head and he can see her face through the veil.

In TGS Rand mistakes Tuon for a child at first, but then notes that she is just a very small woman and has dark skin like the Sea Folk. This shouldn't surprise Rand after he saw Semirhage's disguise of a very small, dark woman. But there is no mention that Tuon looked like Semirhage in Tuon-disguise.

is that Rand's vision is not what it once was. That could have something to do with him not recognizing Tuon.
