Tuon lists the numbers
200 Fists of Heaven, 5 whatsitninjas, 50 damane, and 50 sul'dam.
It's either an error or they decided to bring a lot more to'raken because they thought they could capture more marath'damane. I'm not sure which. Bringing to'raken probably wouldn't have thinned out the number who could fight for them. She never mentions pilots. I don't think pilots are included in the fists of heaven numbers but maybe I'm wrong.
I doubt passengerless to'raken would've been in range of Egwene anyway, so it didn't really lower the number of (relevant) people she killed.
Also, your numbers on the damane are off. We know for a fact that she killed damane. She said usually it wasn't safe to capture them. That implies she killed more damane than she captured.
The sul'dam numbers are even further off. They were there to captured marath'damane. I'm guessing there were at least 150 sul'dam to start with, all but 50 with empty leashes. Maybe more.
