The first is Nynaeve "kneeling over someone's corpse in a posture of grief". Will this be Lan, as seems most obvious? His death is often indicated in the series and also in TGS. It might also be related to Nynaeve Healing someone three days death (though I doubt this will be possible). Otherwise the corpse might be Rand, though never before we saw Nynaeve linked to Rand's possible death in a Prophecy (just his three girls).
I'm pretty sure this one is Rand and not Lan. IIRC there is a vision of Lan after TG with the 7 towers of Malkier. found it:
"Seven ruined towers surrounding his head and a babe in a cradle holding a sword". Now assuming RJ didn't screw up and all of Min's viewings are about the future...this confirms his surviving to father a child.
The second is a black knife spunning around Beldeine's head. Does this mean that will someone assassinate her or that she will assassinate someone? Is that a Myrddraal knife? Or does it maybe refer to one of the 'gars? (Beldeine also fought against Aran'gar at the Cleansing). Or is the black knife some ter'angreal?
Like one of the posters above I thought that signified one of the Seanchan "blood knife" assasins.
