So I was rereading tGS yesterday and I noticed that the chapters with Rodel Ituralde defeating the Seanchan comes before the chapters of Rand discussing what to do about the chaos in Arad Doman. The thing is, in Rand's chapter it expressly states that Rodel Ituralde is still somewhere "deep" on Almoth Plain "harrying" the Seanchan. But, we know that at the end of KoD Rodel Ituralde had already crossed the border from Almoth Plain into Arad Doman.
So, I can only come to one conclusion: The chapter from Rodel Ituralde's point of view occurs several weeks after the chapter from Nynaeve's point of view (wherein Rand discusses what to do about Arad Doman). The jump backwards in time like that is confusing to say the least. It's difficult to follow events when only a couple of pages in the book separate the chapters, but we're jumping backwards in time instead of continuing the story forwards.
Did I get something wrong? The Nynaeve point of view chapter where Rand discusses his plans for Arad Doman is several weeks after the Rodel Ituralde chapter...right?

Timeline confusion.
