1. You might be right, that Rand was the blind beggar in the end of TGS. It's even mentioned that he buys common clothes and a walking staff, apparently to appear like a beggar (like Perrin saw). There might come more, though, if Rand won't immediately return to his men, but maybe remains the beggar some time yet. In any case, I think it's safe to assume that Rand won't become blind from Semirhage's fireball, after his sight even got better in TGS. Some suggested that Rand will eventually become the saa and therefore hide his eyes.

2. Min saw Rand's woman at Rand's funeral. In my opinion, this points to Rand faking his death and will yet occur. The final Prophecy in TGS describes, though, that Rand/LTT is standing on his own grave, Dragonmount.

3./4. The Prophecies mention that Rand has to give his blood in the Pit of Doom. We already know that spilling blood in the Pit can give the DO a connection to your soul, when he created Moghedien's mindtrap. Maybe this will somehow play a role in Closing the DO's prison. I still think, though, that the Bore is basically a gigantic Gateway and can be Unravelled after the Sealing - which also blocks the Bore open - is gone.
