First, polygamy isn't presented as immoral in WoT- only a bit of culture shock. The normal objections that are often brought against polygamy in our world- abuse, child brides, gender inequality, all of that- don't really apply here.* For the Aiel, there's nothing immoral about 2 wives and a husband, and the examples we've seen have shown that their system is at least as stable as monogamy.
*They don't always apply IRL, either- I know happy, healthy polygamous relationships. But that's neither here nor there.
So, there's no moral imperative to make Rand be with only one woman. And honestly, comparing Rand's odd situation to Rahvin and Graendal mind-raping people doesn't really make sense.
Second, you think that Min, Elayne and Avidendha will merge to be one person? And that this is a GOOD thing? Three discrete individuals, each with their own memories, thoughts and personalities, merged together? Ick.
There are similar things- Rand and LTT, Mat's memories, and the mirrored emotions of Elayne/Birgitte's Warder bond. But Mat only got some memories, and Elayne only sometimes feels Birgitte's emotions- much different than actually BECOMING the same person. Rand and LTT have a bit of the merging thing going on, but it's been presented as NOT a good thing, an insane dead man taking over his body at worst, a ranting voice in his mind at best.
A "merging" of Avidenha, Elayne and Min would NOT be a happy or "moral" ending.
