As Brandon and you said, this is RJ's book and I think he would have included.
But, as I said perhaps Harriet felt it was inappropriate or too personal.
To me it was like the first chapter not starting with "The wheel of time turns..."
We all have a huge debt to Harriet for inspiring RJ and quickly finding someone very quickly to complete it in her most difficult time.
