Yes, but as a member of the Black Ajah I doubt she was allowed to do her own thing. She was undoubtedly called upon to perform certain atrocities at stages. She could not possibly have been excluded from everything the Black Ajah did.


Which reinforced her standing among the Black Ajah. A test, as it were, to see if she would balk at a murder, perhaps. It only got her further into the BA, and let her see more.


Yes, but still that doesn't help the victim who was possibly killed by Verin. You've got to sell your soul a little to be part of the Black Ajah, it doesn't matter how you look at it. I agree it was necessary but I don't think she can be completely absolved of crime just because she was a mole.
