That, combined with the fact that Tuon came this close to obeying him, gave me chills.
I mean, yes, a peace with the Seancean would have been good, but the implication (to me) was that he was somehow controlling his ta'veren-ness, and that it was somehow dark and twisted (like with Cadsuane's interaction with innkeeper, who said that there were no good random things to balance out the bad random things).
I'm thinking that Veins of Gold has healed this... but damn, that was some creepy stuff.
