2. Nynaeve says that the Forsaken are much too powerful to be left alive. This statement to me implies that Semirhage exceeds her power because Nynaeve would probably not say that if Semirhage equalled her (she's never cared much for her own strength anyway).
It doesn't need to imply that. Her dealings with Moghedien could well lead her to this conclusion as well. No matter how well you think you've captured a Forsaken, they're better off dead.
But the fact that "only" 3 sisters help the weaves sound odd to me. How many held Rand when he was captured? The amount dwindled as they went to fight the Aiel, and some tied off the weaves, but how many was still holding the weaves when he exploded free?
3. Sheriam says that the female Forsaken addressing her is incredibly strong in the Power, and she is shocked. The Forsaken is probably Mesaana because she goes back to the Tower, but could be Graendal or Cyndane. Either way, Sheriam is familiar with Nynaeve and Sharina and her statement implies that the Forsaken is the strongest she's ever felt.
I would hardly put it past one of the Forsaken to tap into a little angreal just make her dominance more apparent. They're vain like that.
