They're going to see it as a victory because of Travelling, but they're also going to be scared of Egwene, who didn't even bother using the "weapon" against them. People on her own side (Bryne, Adelorna) were in awe of her.
Tuon will be hearing about the crazy lady. I think she will see the wisdom in waiting until after the Last Battle to attack the WT, by which point something else will sway her against ever attacking them.
I think Rand will bind the nine moons by having Mat in the room with him. They'll make their truce once the ta'veren are together again.
I still think Tuon liking Setalle so much will come into play. And there's a reason we've known about sul'dam channeling since book 4. The Seanchan will have a change of heart.
