Well, it doesn't seem that we're any closer to the eternal mystery here, but a tidbit has come out to leave us debating for the next year or so...
...last night Brandon told one of the members of Theoryland (who was Storm Leader at last night's signing in Utah) that he did put one small clue in TGS about Asmodean's killer.
So, we need to find it.
I would think that potential places to look would be the forsaken meetup in the prologue, some of Rand's thoughts as he tracks down Graendal, or maybe even Rand's meeting with Moridin.
Nothing comes to mind right now, except for Graendal's death (which is being debated, but seems pretty certain to me). Her death may make her a less likely a suspect (as much as it pains me to admit). Though I can easily see a forsaken meeting in the future where Moridin say something like 'Graendal is dead by balefire - well she was useless anyway, though she did manage to kill that traitor Asmodean'.
Thoughts?
