The end of Perrin and Mat's POV sections clearly comes before the end of Rand and Egwene's, meaning we'll have quite a bit of missing time to account for in ToM before they even catch up with where Rand and Eg stand now. I wonder how much more time we can expect to go by in Rand and Eg's plotlines before the grand reunion and outbreak of TG. Rand still needs to bind the Nine Moons, know the Amyrlin's anger (in the company of a Seanchan woman, most likely the artist formerly known as Tuon), and reunite with Mat and Perrin; I can't see all these characters converging any sooner than a few weeks later in Rand/Eg time.
Speaking of prophecies, we know that Eg dreamed of herself falling and needing the help of a Seanchan woman to regain her balance. In light of what happens in TGS, I can't think of any scenarios off hand that suggest themselves for putting her in a position where Tuon's help would be needed or even desirable.

Lots of stuff to think about from one post
About Mat's timeline... I recall Rand having a vision of him in Caemlyn already. Do you remember which chapter that was? At the time in the book, I remembered wondering how he'd gotten there. I'll have to look for it. It's possible that Mat is already at the ToG while Rand is... "thinking" at the end of the book. Remember, Mat only has 10 days from his arrival in Caemlyn to open the letter, and we all know he'll open the letter. After that he's free to leave or do what the letter says or both. And Elayne can Travel him there directly. I'm going to open up the book after I posted this to try to figure out how much time passed after that vision of Rand's.
I think Rand won't bind the nine moons until Mat & Perrin are with him. Mat will take the tension out of the room during that encounter and tell them to quit fooling around. Then they'll both getting annoyed at him. (I can't wait).
It's not necessarily Tuon who is with Egwene in the vision. Bethamin and Seta are in Caemlyn now, and there's no way Teslyn/Joline/Edesina don't know Travelling by now. I'd think heading to the Tower would be near the top of their list, and the sul'dam will be going with them. Egeanin is also there and she's fought with a sword and worn a sword shaped pin on her cloak, so she fits the vision. So does Tylee but that's less likely, IMO. Egeanin has connections with Nynaeve and Elayne. I still can't guess how she's important enough to help Egwene, though.

Nice idea about the TP turning in on itself to defeat the DO. I like it!

I'm thinking the same. The 3-1 prophecy is about Rand Elayne and Aviendah
