However, that is enough to rebuild. Moiraine was originally very concerned about how many people Fain would infect with the Shadar Logoth evil. I am sure that Fain has probably infected another group of people by now.
At the end of WH, Fain was strongest we had ever seen him. He even went as far as creating visual illusions near Rand. It will be interesting to see what he does as he continues to grow in power.

There is speculation that those were just the original ghost sightings, not the work of Fain... I've never been sure of my opinion on that one.
