I still don't know about who's most overrated. But maybe Joline Maza is to some measure. Her warders' opinion aside, she did get elected to Sitter after all, so at least green Aja thinks highly of her. I tend to agree with Eleida assessment she is childish.
Maybe, maybe I agree that Bryne overrated. We just don't really see him in action like we do Bashire and Ituralde and how awesome they are. Was Andor in any wars since Aiel war really, well save Murandian cattle raids. For all we know his reputation could be just pr.
