Cannoli's reply is so illed with complete lies and inaccuracies that the idea of debating Egwene with him only becomes more and more absurd. He is rabid, and will change facts and misstate events to continue in his delusions. He is the worst kind of poster, when it comes to this issue.
I'm trying not to turn these into whole things, but all you're doing is making ad hominem complaints. I'm not distorting anything. Nor am I exclusively citing events portrayed by Sanderson, whom everyone in this thread agrees is a shit writer with little to no comprehension of the books and characters, who is as ignorant of WoT as it is possible to be for someone who has read RJ's own notes and outlines. What did I distort or misrepresent, from a factual standpoint? I'm not talking about someone who starts with an automatic assumption that the PoV characters are inherently good and what they do is right, therefore, anyone who disagrees that burning a helpless unarmed woman alive is perfectly acceptable, is being unreasonable. If nothing else, Egwene did that. That is a fact, although I allowed for authorial incompetence, because we've never seen her do that sort of thing in RJ's books. You are the ones rabidly criticizing anyone who comments on that point as deranged and affecting some sort of moral superiority by dismissing someone out of hand, rather than engaging or even simply agreeing to disagree.
