Shannow, Terez has actually read the notes. While there are certainly some errors in what they put in to the companion, they are nowhere close to completely wrong. Take Cadauane. The notes actually do have her in two positions, and it is likely RJ upped her strength. So they took her final strength to be that higher strength. Some other entries that reflect her older strength were just not updated.
I know it must be crushingly disappointing that your moronic insistence that the Forsaken were more than 200% Moiraine's strength has been completely quashed. So, of course, you want to completely reject everything the Companion says. Unfortunately for you, Terez and Dom have gone through all the notes with the OP. They have pointed out the errors in the Companion, and they're nowhere close to enough to reject everything the Companion has to say.
The examples are numerous.
Let's take Sid's theory of Egwene, Romanda and Lelaine being able to overwhelm a male Forsaken. This is contradicted by Rand himself, who says that 3 women would each have to be of Semirhage or Mesaana's strength, to cut him off from the Source once he holds on to it.
A far cry from Egwene, Leleaine and Romanda.
This ties in with Egwene being as strong as Amys and Melaine combined, it ties in with Rand being able to break free of 3 Aes Sedai and Logaine being able to potentially break free from 5, and it ties in with Siuan being less than half as strong as she was before being stilled.
It ties in with an undeveloped, understrength Rand being able to hold shields on Egwene and Elaine simultaneously, while still weaving a dozen other weaves.
The list goes on, I grow bored, and in truth, I have come to the disappointing conclusion that this will never be resolved, given the fact that the creator of the One Power system was not around to give us insight into its workings when it all came to an end.
Those that remain understand it no better than Sanderson did, which really says quite a lot.
It is a sad end to 20 years of fandom, but it is what it is.
