I don't think we've seen evidence of any Ash'aman with above average strength (apart from Logain/Taim). It's likely that none of the males we have seen are as high as level 8, even in absolute strength. Most of them are probably sitting where most of the Aes Sedai are.

Merise was afraid because she's not accustomed to how men gain strength. Nynaeve made jumps like that, and only because she is so strong, whereas it may be normal for an average man.

We were exposed to many extremely powerful channelers. It's easy to forget that the vast majority of them won't even come close to people like Egwene, Cadsuane and Moiraine. Out of 1000 Aes Sedai only a handful were as strong as Moiraine, even though it's a skewed sample, though the Aiel also commented on her strength and asked whether it was the norm. My guess is that more than 90% of males lie at or below level 13.

The False Dragons were probably all at levels ++1 or ++2... they couldn't be held by six women, much like Logain.

Androl is probably around level 45.
