Way back in EotW, she tells Rand about Nynaeve's arrival in Baerlon, describing Nynaeve as shorter than Min herself. When Egwene first appears, she is mentioned as being of a height with Nynaeve, so it really wasn't a surprise. Elayne also mentioned that Min's boots make her taller than Elayne herself, almost as tall as Aviendha, which is why I gave that an entry on this list as well.
But the characters with whom Min is most associated in general is one of the tallest wetlander men, and her fellow lovers, who are also fairly tall. Egwene's arc really only starts when she gets to Salidar, where most people seem to be about 5'4" or 5'5". Plus, she is in a position of relative power and authority, which tends to add to stature literally, in a reader's imagination, to go with the figurative stature. Min, meanwhile, is generally among the least important or significant people where ever she happens to be.
