I thought people were saying that Tor confirmed that no other review copies would be forthcoming. Glad that info proved wrong for the sake of getting a second review out there.
Official Tor policy is no advance copies to on-line reviewers. However, it appears there are ways around official policy when you know the right people.
I know I had to sign one to get a certain book in MS form so I can have a review of it up a week from Monday. I wouldn't be surprised if something like that were the case here, in that nothing of a plot nature could be revealed in exchange for signing a legal document that would grant the reader a copy of the book (which is surely printed by now, if print/distribution schedules are what I remember).
