or does anyone else have no idea who anyone is anymore in those books?
I tried to read the last one, The Thingy-ma-Bob of Whatsit I seem to recall it being called (very strange name, no idea what he was thinking when he called it that), and I had no idea who anyone was or what they were doing.
Not even the faintest idea.
Not a sausage.
I was the very definition of bamboozled.
I mean really, is it too much to ask that each character comes with a short biography? I feel not!

Robert Graves "There is no money in poetry, but then there is no poetry in money, either."
Henning Mankell "We must defend the open society, because if we start locking our doors, if we let fear decide, the person who committed the act of terror will win"
