where Egwene is finally in a position to really impact others with her faults, and where her hypocrisy in respect to Elaida / Rand starts coming to the fore.
She didn't realise it of course, but this is also where the Aiel Wise Ones start sharing a lot less information with her regarding Rand.
Getting to the end of listening to the Gathering Storm at the moment, and I'm looking forward to seeing your analysis of that one. While unfortunately not the same author, he seemed to capture Egwene reasonably well.
While as previously stated I am actually at the point where I can enjoy the Egwene passages, I do find some of her thought processes quite incredible, and the general incompetence of the Aes Sedai around her even more so.
