I am hoping it will be in the encyclopedia. I wanted to see how many people could figure it out and whether anyone would make a good argument. I will say this: when I first saw this in the notes, there was no reason given; just that x had not reached her potential. I thought the reason was obvious. The reason didn't occur to Dom, but when I told him my theory he agreed it was logical. Then later, I saw the reason in the notes, and I was right (and very unsurprised about it).
