It is clear from the books that Elaida is not 82% as strong as Lanfear. Crystal clear. Two sisters like Romanda and Lelaine would then be 160% of Lanfear's strength, for example.
Yet that is what a linear 66 level list implies.
Egwene is around 95% of Nynaeve's strength, and that Elaida is around 92% of Egwene's strength.
So Egwene is only capable of feats requiring around 8% more power than Moiraine can channel?
Clearly this is not feasible.
So all we need are one or two clear references to relative strength buried somewhere in RJ's notes and I can unravel the entire premise.
