Was that cited as a Dream dream, or one of those she thinks are just nightmares? - Edit 1

"The great battle done, but the world not done with battle."

One can expect that the battle at TV will be pretty big.

If it is a battle. Collectively the Seanchan are the best military planners in the world, and they would not want a battle at Tar Valon so far from their base of support. They are planning a raid, and Egwene's Dream would seem to confirm that outcome - it's a flyby, not a fight.

"She had dreamed of Seanchan, too, of women in dresses with lightning bolts woven on their breasts, collaring a long line of women who wore Great Serpent rings, forcing them to call lightning against the White Tower."

This indicates as well that the Seanchan attack on the Rebels and the WT will lead to a great battle. Plus, it's mentioned in CoT, ch. 17, that Nicola had other Foretellings about "battles with the Seanchan or the Asha'man".
