I only remember the scene where Moraine was in the tent and Lan was outside. Their interaction since she returned was described as tense. I think it was a Perrin POV but don't remember. I read into it that he was still upset that she had passed his bond to that yellow sister.
I don't recall either, but I 'm not sure it was tense: I think it was just described as more distant than expected given their prior relationship. The POV probably came from Perrin given that he didn't realize that the loss of the Bond would color their interaction and the way she arranged its' passing if she died was not beneficial to him. Plus Mat was in the South for most of the first half of the book. I think that was supposed to be juxtaposed with Perrin being surprised that Nynaeve smelled respectful of Moiraine after all of those books being angry at her.
Now that you both mention it, did Moiraine and Siuan get a scene together at all? Given their friendship and mutual loss of OP strength, that seems like a waste.
