i just realized this yesterday, but it was hinted at the end of aMoL that apparently there is a Hall of Fame committee for the horn. it got me to wondering, are the 100 heroes part of this committee or do other warriors of renown and valor get a vote? for that matter, how does one qualify for the horn? do you have to have stopped waging war for at least 10 years before they can vote you in? if there are only 100 heroes, does someone else have to get voted out to make room for you? maybe they only vote once per Age just to make it more exclusive? or maybe they send artur hawkwing to your dreams, tap you on the shoulder and say "you're in"?
