I hated the book and the delivery by sanderson. It was nice to finally know RJ's vision, but my frustration with the writing prevailed at the end, so much so that I returned the book for a refund.
Favourite scene was the epilogue. Least favourite ... can't decide, there were too many.
As far as plot wrapup goes, again I think most of it was poorly executed. I suppose the best was Lanfear's arc. Can't decide on the worst.
Deaths ... I liked how Elan died. Didn't like how Lan didn't die after all, but I suppose it was another red herring from RJ. Still, it didn't quite make sense that he got through all of the Sharan ranks, killed Demandred, and somehow still managed to extricate himself from the centre of their army. The death that I disliked the most was Rhuarc's; can't remember if there was foreshadowing for it or not.
New Tidbit:
I always suspected that Berid Bel was in Shara. Maybe Perrin's discovery of the soul-transmigration-popping-into-and-out-of-TAR-thingy.
Worst tidbit ... again there were lots, but the one that comes to my mind right now is the implication that Rand made the plants grow through his singing, and that they didn't grow from the Pattern's use of him as negation to Shai'tan.

I'm surprised at how many people didn't realize that Mat was no longer tied to the horn.

I loved it. There's been plenty of discussion on TL and Dragonmount *NM*

From what I've seen, it's seen as "good enough" as the last book of the series...
