If their souls were tainted by the Dark One's Taint, then after the Bore was sealed properly perhaps that went away. The speculation could go on endlessly about any or all of this. I just don't think that the Dark One could hold on to anything when he stopped touching the Pattern altogether.
It's implied there's a residual presence of the TP no longer connected to the DO within the Pattern, notably by the fact Shadowspawn didn't simply fall dead when the Bore vanished.
But you're welcome to disagree. The whole ending is written so readers can decide what happens afterward/what the vanishing of the Bore really changed, in a "okay, I'm done, it's now all yours to play with" way.
Which Forsaken will be tormented forever?

It was vague enough that for all we know the Shadowspawn can be reborn.
