I think he nabbed Ishamael before he was sealed away

This is my opinion...
1. Balefired... Therefore missed by the DO and out of his grasp.
- Be'lal
- Aran'gar
- Semirhage (Rand personally thought he saved her from a worse fate with balefire)
- Rahvin
- probably Asmodean
- Sammael (mashadar.... Seems like the effect is similar)
2. Killed post-sealing (all ties to DO cut and all his power down to zero)
- Ishamael
3. Still alive i.e. post sealing and will never face his wrath when they die
- Mesaana
- Moghedien
- Graendal
4. Eternal torment i.e. conventional death prior to sealing
- Lanfear
- Demandred
- Osan'gar
Is this how you see it? Depends on how tightly you believe the DO has souls bound to him I guess...
Graendal may also have died of her wounds but the timing if she did is questionable so she may have escaped the DOs torment as well.
Otherwise I think you are probably correct ... Lanfear, Aginor and Demandred are almost certainly enjoying a lot of love from ST!
Domani Drag Queen in the White Tower ... Aran'gar watch out!
Which Forsaken will be tormented forever?

I don't think anyone was taken like that.

It was vague enough that for all we know the Shadowspawn can be reborn.
