Egwene had begun many programs that would actually have set the AS on a path to becoming a better organization. Alliances with the WO and WF that could easily fall apart under a more traditional woman like Cadsuane. I feel like RJ set the stage for AS to become a meaningful part of society through Egwene and the killed her off before any of that promise could be seen through. Couple that with killing of Siuan and it's even worse ... He turned around and handed the Tower back to the very women he vilified as hermits and elitists!

And don't even get me started about Tuon and the damn damane ... Oye!
