Unusually, not a single mention of pillow friends in AMOL.

Just "Boom - here's a gay man. BOOM -here's another".

After years of it being slightly more subtle, pillow friends took me a while to work out (but then I was quite young), Sanderson just banged us round the head with it. Well done that man.


I gave up on Narishma some time ago but oh well


A scene where Merise does something decent, for a change, and releases him from the bond because he has finally come clean with her and told her he was in love with another Asha'man (maybe even the dude that was shown as being gay). It would've made Merise a more sympathetic character and would've had a freaking purpose instead of just bringing in two nobodies and pointing at them, "SEE, THEY'RE GAY!! Yay me, I filled in the blank!!". :rolleyes:
