Has it been explained why she is reduced in strength as Cyndane?
When the Finns (forget which one) drained her, was that something that affected her soul which would cause her to be less powerful when she was transmigrated by the DO? (On this note, when Moiraine is reborn, will her soul be as weak as she is post-return?)
Is it to do with her Mindtrap? Or some sort of block by the DO as punishment?
