When the stilled women tried putting on the bracelet they could sense Moghedien but that was all. So I would think that a shielded Suldam would be unable to affect a damane at all


The shield would probably restrict the Sul'dam from punishing the damane, but she could still tell her what to do.

I wonder if a shielded AS could compel her Warder... I'm thinking probably not.
