There is no reason to believe Daigian is .3SD below the Mean.
If 62.5% of channelers are stronger than Daigan, and strength in channeling is normally distributed, then Daigan is 0.32 standard deviations below the mean. Plain and simple.
The only thing we can say for certain at this point is that Morgase and Lanfear are the same number of SDs from the Mean.
How can we say that for certain? Who knows how many people like Morgase the Aes Sedai ignored because they didn't happen to be nobles with a tradition for training in the Tower?
