They wait for a woman to come to them and have not had robust numbers in centuries. WF and WO only seem to find Sparkers and the Seanchan non-Sparkers are all Sul'dam ... Getting an accurate picture from this is difficult other than to say AS are generally weak. We've seen far more strong WF and WO compared to AS. But even that is skewed based on the limited characters we see from these cultures.
