So having a weak Channeler live 3x that long and appear of a similar age doesn't seem out of the ordinary. The Kin are another example of this. Reanne is 412 and looks just into her middle years, the much weaker Sorilea is at MOST 300 and looks ancient. Alivia is over 400 and looks younger than Sorilea too ... From the descriptions she looks about 40 ... Where the weaker Reanne looks maybe 50 and the even weaker Sorilea looks 90. Not a difficult hypothesis to follow. The stronger you are the longer you live.

Morgase is what 48-50 at most and looks maybe 10 years younger than she is? Meanwhile we have Kinswomen like Garinia/Zarya who looks no older than Nynaeve and is in her 70-80s.
