Dreaming
Seeing Ta'veren
Aligning the Matrix (as yet undiscovered)
Cloud Dancing
Shielding

I'm sure there are a handful of others as well ... I don't recall if Cuendillar or making Ter'angreal are actually specifically called Talents or not, but even if they are that's still a very tiny handful of things over the course of the series to be called a Talent.
