I thought they were pretty cool and it is interesting to see the Town as a corrupted, inverted version of all that it good with the Light, and to have an answer about all those male Aiel disappearing in the Blight. I was puzzled, however, by Isam's near terror of the Red Veils. He seemed much more afraid of them than even of the Chosen. Cyndane seems to have picked them on purpose to either kill Isam or kill Rand... they must be pretty powerful (beyond normal channelers) if this is the case.
I was also glad to see that Rand so casually dismissed the Cyndane dream as an obvious trap, but after thinking about it more, is it possible that it was meant to be so obvious that Rand wouldn't suspect the real threat from Isam and the Samma N'sei? Do you think this attack will happen during the long and crazy night that has just begun?

I think Isam is afraid of them 'cause they are insane and he grew up dodging them

I think a lot of people are underestimating the role of the Samma N'sei.
