I have placed dozens of pre-orders with them. They always say "we will ship it earlier if we can" and then when they can (which happens every now and then), I just get an automated e-mail saying, "This item will be available sooner than expected! We are happy to announce that your order of [Boardwalk Empire/Complete Works of the Marquis de Sade/Gummy Vitamins] will be shipped to you on Friday, September 28."

Amazon has zero legal issues with that policy in place. Zero.


I love Marquis de Sade gummy vitamins :)

I just wonder due to the massive volume if there are logistic issues with shipping ... Like I said I have no idea if there are legal issues (aside from a mandatory notification). I get the same notifications from them, but most of the time it's not on something with the scale of AMOL we are talking about potentially millions of units shipping.
