It seems it's not available outside the US, but I was able to order it from Dragonmount by entering a US billing address, and then paying with paypal.

And I have to go to Dragonmount. *feels dirty* If only RAFO had a relationship with Tor (the publisher, not you, obviously) so we could offer the Prologue to WoT fans (who, near as I can tell, still provide most of our traffic) and incidentally receive some of the "support" that provides DM.
I will say, living overseas has given me a new appreciation of how frustrating our Americocentric ways can be. Just voting is becoming quite an ordeal (wtf am I supposed to find 8.5X11 inch paper here, let alone a letter-sized envelope on which I can PRINT OUT the info they want?)
