Might I suggest the encyclopaedia WoT. It's been mentioned here several times before, but it's worth mentioning again for people getting excited about the 12th book but without a lot of time on their hands. It's a fantastic recap, chapter by chapter, with links for each character. Very deep, and it has footnotes. I've found that it's pretty accurate, and if there's something that I really wanted to read because I remember thinking there was something else cool in that chapter, I just keep the book close by.
